Plus grave encore le Zend-Avesta possedait des tres fortes ressamblances avec le livre de Genese ce qui creeait les hypotheses suivant:

-1- Le Zoroastrisme etaint la religion originelle qui a engenderé toutes les autres.
-2- les Juifs durant leur exil a Babylone se sont carrément émparés du Zend-Avesta. (Voire après la lecture du Zenda-Avesta on a grand mal a pouvour penser le contraire.

Je pense comme le bon catholique Anquetil-Duperron que la lecture du Zend-Avesta rend la foi du lecteur plus forte. Cependant la Zend-Avesta met en question le statut unique de la revelation judeo-chretienne. On peut penser meme que la revelation divine a commence avant l’existence du phenomene Judeo-Chretien et qui continuera certainement après. Le mieux sera de faire la lecture du tres étonnant Zend-Avest et commencer a tirer ses propres conclusions.


J’ai lu ce livre après avoir visione la série de television du BBC “In Search of Zarathustra” realise par Paul Kriwaczek. Une episode entier est consacrè à la quete heroique d’Anquetil Duperron des textes sacrés zorostriens et de les rendre pour la première fois en langue Européene. Quel bel exploit! Mon pays a été cree par des aventuriers francais (par exemple Champlain, la Salle, etc.)de cette qualité. Si vous avez lu et aimé les chroniques de Bougainville , ce volume va vous plaire.
